Q: What are the differences between BASIC and PREMIUM Membership?
The main differences are summarised in this table but, in general, BASIC members get all the same features as PREMIUM members, except for the fact that PREMIUM members get their own blog. We’d love to be able to give everyone who joins the community a free blog, but each one requires a licence that costs us money. We may look into making blogs more widely available in the future.
Q: How do I cancel my BASIC account?
If you’d like to cancel your BASIC account, please send me a message. Note that this action is not reversible, and after your account has been cancelled it’s impossible to reinstate without starting from scratch, and all of your postings will be assigned to the “anonymous” user.
Q: How do I cancel my PREMIUM membership subscription?
To close your PREMIUM account, all you need to do is cancel the worldpay agreement that you set up when you joined. Login to the Worldpay Shopper Management System using the username and password you received when you ordered your membership. If you’ve forgotten or lost these details, you can retrieve them by clicking here. When we receive the notification from Worldpay that your subscription has been cancelled, you’ll revert to being a BASIC member.
