How to follow your Muse, access genius and stay sane - Elizabeth Gilbert author of Eat, Pray, Love at TED

I loved reading Elizabeth Gilberts book Eat, Pray, Love and was thrilled to find this video of her talking about her own creative journey at the TED talk in February this year. I love her honesty, authenticity and humour.

Elizabeth Gilbert muses on the impossible things we expect from artists and geniuses - and shares the radical idea that, instead of the rare person "being" a genius, all of us "have" a genius. It's a funny, personal and surprisingly moving talk.

We hope to get Elizabeth to come to talk at Alternatives in London in 2010 so if you get on the mailing list at http://www.alternatives.org.uk and you'll be kept in touch
