Cath Duncan's passion is helping people change easily and elegantly - she calls her approach "Agile Living" I orginally met her on my speaking tour of South Africa in November 2008, and then she and her husband came to live in London for six months, and now they are back in Cape Town and I caught up with her on my 2009 speaking tour.
