At the end of November 2009, I had finished five speaking engagements in Dublin and on the way out to the airport was able to catch up with my friend James Sweetman at his home for tea and a conversation about his ideas on leadership and the work he does in Ireland and internationally, and what he believes leadership means in these challenging times.
