Customising training/facilitation products for online sales

Nicky, I think this is more a query for you please. I am working with a Facilitation company who has many excellent packaged training modules from leadership to project mangement. I am a complete novice when it comes to online selling, but my thinking (as evidenced by Nick's website) is that there must be an online market for this training material and I/we'd like to know how to do that.

How would you suggest we start?

    Hi Karen,

    Sure – is this a business-to-consumer or business-to-business proposition?

... if it's the former I should be able to give you some tips on structure. You could also check out my recent talk on How To Build an Effective Website (which you should have been sent a link to depending on when you joined). If you're able to share a link to the facilitation company, that might help, or are you actually building their website from scratch?

    Thanks,

    Niki
